Can I cancel my plan anytime?Yes. You can cancel your plan anytime with no penalties but no refunds allowed. Services are billed monthly, in advance, at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unless you cancel the service, billing will continue on a recurring monthly basis.

When does my billing cycle start?Your billing cycle starts the day of your enrollment. For Example: If you enrolled on 02/08 your next payment due date would be on 03/08 and so on.

Once I have enrolled, when would my service start?1.- Your trash out service would start next day. 2.- Your cans and driveway cleaning will be completed within the first week. 3.- Junk removal within 3 days after receiving your request by email to support@trashoutmasters.com (Please attach pics so we can calculate vehicle dimensions).

What if my trash/recycle schedule changes?If your trash or recycling schedule changes, simply let us know by reaching out to trashoutmasters@gmail.com. We’ll adjust your service to align with the new schedule to ensure uninterrupted convenience.

Can I request a single service (Can cleaning, Junk removal)?No. All of our services are monthly plan based (Basic and Premium). Please refer to our pricing plans section for details.
